Understanding AngelCamera One User Accounts
AngelCamera One does not have a default user account. Instead, an account is created during the first connection, using the Angelcam mobile app, where users can set their preferred username and password.
If a camera already has a user account, but the login credentials are unknown, a factory reset will likely be required to regain access.
Factory Reset Process
It is not enough to simply press the reset button—a full reset requires following specific steps to properly restore the camera. Here’s how:
Power down the camera completely.
Press and hold the reset button on the device.
Power up the camera while still holding the reset button.
Keep holding the button for about 15 seconds.
Release the reset button, and allow the camera to restart.
Once this process is complete, the camera should be reset to its factory defaults, allowing the user to set up a new account using the Angelcam mobile app.
