Angelcam’s billing system is designed to unify charges for all your cameras and services under a single monthly billing date. This ensures that all services are renewed and paid for on the same day, making payment management more seamless and efficient

Adding Services and Synchronizing Billing

When you activate additional services—like enabling broadcasting for a new camera—your account is initially charged for the upgrade as soon as it is activated. From then on, all services under your account will be aligned to renew and bill on the same monthly date, keeping everything synchronized. If a trial period is activated for a service, you will receive the full trial duration, and the renewal after the trial ends will be aligned to your existing billing cycle.

Example Scenarios

  1. New Camera with Broadcasting: If you add a new camera to your Angelcam account and activate Broadcasting Premium, the first payment for this service is processed immediately. However, subsequent renewals will occur on the same billing day as your other cameras or services.

  2. Trial Services: When starting a trial for new features or services, the end of the trial will be set to align with your existing billing date, so all charges occur simultaneously.
