How to activate Cloud Recording or Broadcasting app on your camera

Enable recording or broadcasting by activating an app on your camera

1. Sign in to your account at my.angelcam.com. You will not be able to activate the services in the mobile application at this time.

2. In the dashboard (where you see an overview of all your cameras), click the grayed-out button, representing the app you want to use. It is located under each camera preview image.

3. Select which app you want to connect - Broadcasting or Cloud Recording.

Cloud Recording

  1. In the Camera services dashboard, click the button "Add new service"

  2. Select whether you want to pay a monthly or yearly subscription

  3. Select the plan with the retention wanted (retention = days/months of continuous storage)
    In case you activate the Cloud Recording app on your account for the first time, you can give a try to the 10-Day Trial of 3 day retention plan

  4. Make an order

  5. Fill in your contact details in the payment gateway form, select the payment method & click "Next"

  6. Being at your order summary, fill in your payment details & click "Complete order".

  7. Associate the cloud recording subscription with the correct camera

Broadcasting

  1. In the Camera services dashboard, click the button "Add new service".

  2. Select whether you want to pay monthly or yearly

  3. Select the streaming plan based on your needs (see details of plans here). 

  4. Make an order

  5. Fill in your contact details in the payment gateway form, select the payment method & click "Next"

  6. Being at your order summary, fill in your payment details & click "Complete order".

  7. Associate the broadcasting subscription with the correct camera
