Please follow these steps to relocate an AXIS camera already connected with the Angelcam Connector:
Sign in to your former account.
Visit https://my.angelcam.com/arrow/devices/ (a list of all devices equipped with the Angelcam Connector). Find the camera and click on "Unpair."
Reset the unpaired camera. This can be done by simply unplugging the PoE (Power over Ethernet) for several seconds and then plugging it in again.
Pair the camera with a new account.
Activate a recording subscription.
After 7 days, or whenever you no longer need the recorded footage from the former account, you are free to delete the camera from that account.
