Windy.com users, welcome to Angelcam! These are the steps that will get you up and running quickly.

4. Activate the free broadcasting add-on to appear on Windy.com

5. Optionally purchase broadcasting premium to embed a camera stream into your own website, consider cloud recording or other security plans.

6. Explore new stuff your camera can do now with API

Start here. You can broadcast, live streams with us, use us for security purposes with real-time security or even build on top of our platform if you are a developer. If you want to simply share the camera to windy.com, the following option in the survey is for you.

Normally, the Essentials plan costs $36 per year. Don't forget the discount coupon (H48MTREC2S). This way Essentials will be only $1.5 per month ($18 yearly). Thanks to Essentials you will be able to know when your camera goes offline and connect up to 10 cameras with unlimited streaming quality. Thanks to our superb applications you will be able to live view the cameras on the go.

Almost there! Now we need to know that you want to share the camera with the world, not just yourself. You will manage the camera(s) here: https://my.angelcam.com/dashboard/. After a successful connection, this is what you will see.

The important part is the Broadcasting part. Click on it. Now, you are at the place where camera services are purchased. Click on “Add new service”.

Choose Broadcasting and activate the Free plan.

After successful activation, you will see this screen that allows you to associate the subscription with the camera. Please do that. Otherwise, it will not work.

Now you're all set! The green dot next to your camera's name means that the camera is online, and the colored broadcasting badge shows that a broadcasting add-on is activated on the camera. When you click on the badge, you will see many options. For example, you can set up offline notifications for your camera. Here is how.

The last step before appearing on windy.com is to click on the camera at https://my.angelcam.com/ and update the GPS location for the camera, according to this article.

The camera will be published on Windy upon Windy’s team approval - typically it takes two business days. Good job!

If you would like to embed the camera stream on your own website, you can activate the Broadcasting Premium or Business add-on the same way as you activated the free plan in step 4.

Once you activate and assign the subscription to the camera, click on the broadcasting badge, and in the section called "Camera promotion," allow sharing to Angelcam partners to appear on Windy.com with this camera as well.
